Changemakr is a consultancy agency, within Makr Group, and is run by Brian Østergaard from the heart of Odense, Denmark.

I help companies with business development; creating the change needed to gain momentum and understand the market.

I specialize in consulting and building SAAS (Software As a Service) companies - primarily in the public healthcare sector - building companies that work with software and platform solutions for the public sector in Denmark that have a product that can help.

I have been a serial entrepreneur since 2001 and have always had a "learning by doing" approach, but also what today is referred to as a "fail fast" strategy.

Based on 15 years of experience in selling to the public sector, I have some great tips for do's and don'ts and unique knowledge on how to fast-track your sales of your solutions to the public sector in Denmark.
